Dick, your project is right up my alley as I am on a chest making binge. I recently left active duty Navy. That is a beautiful piece of work.

Thanks LJs, Check to see if that book is available somewhere. The plan called for fancier hardware, but I couldn't find it here at the time.
At one time I was on a kick making chests for gifts.
