This project was taken from wood magazine with a few Mods. I used 1/2” sand-ply because it was scrap I had laying around.

-- FMG- Woodworking is 90% mental the other half is physical

Great idea. Those things are far to expensive to have rattling around in a drawer.

Nice one, i have had a similar one in my shop for about four years now and it has served me well (i also got the idea out of wood magazine) just be careful hanging the metal throat plate from your table saw on those dowels, I did that with mine and one day it fell off and broke into three pieces, had to buy a new one after that.
