Hello

This afternoon I have finished a bricofleur’s project

It’s simple but very effective for all the router’s works and others
To make it strong I have made some dadoes (Picture 2 )
This station is useful for litlles pieces to elevate the piece you have to work or for gluing or …..........

I let you use it as you want

Here is the link to see the original
I probably put laminate on the support in the future

A specially thanks for Serge and all his ideas

Have a nice day

diggerjacks, i think this would be very usefull for” glue ups”. the I beam would give the clearance that i need for my clamps. i never seem to have the right combination of scraps to do the job. very clever, thanks for posting!

Hi Jacks,

Wow! Nice replica. I’m sure you’ll like it and use it often, as I do. I hope the head of your bolts won’t spin when you tighten the knobs, reason why I used flange bolts. If they do, I suggest you grind a larger yet thin washers to make them oval and epoxy them right under the head of the bolts. This way they won’t spin.

Enjoy your new jig.

Best,

Serge

Hello Serge

I agree with you

I use this solution because in France the T- track is too expensive, so I try another solution

First : I made ajustments
Two : The piece is clamped on the support
Three : I use my router or I glue or …..

I am looking for destockage pieces and perhaps I will find all I need

I’m thinking about special clamps for the support and differents types of stop blocks and another jig for the router ........ Wait wait

Thanks for the support idea

It looks super, and I am sure it will be extremely useful.
Our dear Serge sure comes up with some cool ideas.
Perhaps I should concider making a set of beams I can use with my Festool MFT table, I think this could be a cool solution. Hmmmm, back on the bucket.
Best thoughts,
Mads
