YES! That ROCKS! I have been dying to make one of those! How easy was it? How long did it take?

Chris: They are a lot of work compaired to the regular pens. The problem in makeing just one, is that I havn’t found any place that you can buy less than 20 of the Hornady bullets. I don’t know how long for 1 pen because make 4or5 at a time over a period of 4 or 4 days working 2 or 3 hours a day. The wooden dowel that holds the trans. tube is glued in the caseing and needs to sit overnight to cure.
Thanks. Dudley

Hello Dudley,

I would love to make some of these. As I have metal lathes and milling machines the metalwork would be relatively easy. Can you write me at rufus.carswell@yahoo.com with your source for bullets?

Thanks!
