Ingenious jig! I have been trying to think of a way to make it easier to build the dutch door frame my wide wants. Thanks to you, I now have it. I sent a separate e-mail for the pdf you mentioned.

Just to follow up. I was making a dutch door for my wife, not my wide. The jig worked great. The door is finished and hung. I had never fabricated a complete door frame before and this jig made it much easier. I had tried to mortise hinges before and the result worked but it wasn’t something I wanted people to see. I might post this door and frame as a project. Thanks again for posting the jig.
