This was my first “big” project. I used mortise and tenon joinery, and also did the upholstery myself. Very fun and I plan to do another one. -- Chris Cunningham

Very nice work. A companion chair is a good idea—along with a footstool or two.

I did make a footstool and I will post that pic soon.. It is made entirely of quartersawn white oak.
