When I viewed Hudson’s post a while back – http://lumberjocks.com/projects/3404 – I loved it so much I was inspired to build my husband a new office. You will see the similarities in design. The wood is quarter sawn white oak hardwood and the counter is QSWO ply – the cases and panels are WO – the finish is Red Mahogany and Waterlox. Thanks for the inspiration Hudson!

Very nice. Did you make the cabinetry, too?

Well I read the title, looked at the project, and my first thought was, “Wow..a dream wife!”

Then I started to wonder if I’d really be comfortable with my wife being a better woodworker than me. <g>
