Here’s a shelf I made for my son. It’s made out of pine and painted an antique red—his choice. I used polyurethane for the knob and pegs to give it a little more interest. It was a fairly easy project to build, and he likes it a lot.

very nice ! enjoy the little red shelf era while you can . as they get older they get smarter and will be wanting walnut entertainment centers and zebrawood bedroom sets !! lol great job nellie
