When I drew my wife’s portrait many years ago, I didn’t have a frame for it for a while. As an anniversary gift I decided to make her one. This is Pecan and Walnut inlay/outer frame that I designed specifically for her drawing.
She loved it and I had a blast doing my first ever frame. Not to mention my first inlay.

Beautiful frame. Hard to make and do a decent job, you nailed it.

Yes it is, I made a jig for cutting never fail miters but there is still a learning curve to get them just right. it is easy to screw up
