Very nicely done – I want to do one of these. I have come up with several jigs to make the hasp quicker/easier to create (and get repeatable results..) Soooo… May I ask how you did the hasp? Yours turned out very well.

Thank you, Well what I did was round over the bottom half of the hasp first. Inside and out. Then i turned it over and used hot glue to put another piece on, the same size as the hasp. This was so the bearing had something to ride on. then i round over the same as the other side. I had to do some sanding as it did leave a little ridge.

Does this make sense?
