Walnut and willow display stand

Here’s the latest project. It’s a display stand made out of walnut and the panels are made out of willow. Never worked with willow before and all I can say is that it’s definitely very soft but has some very nice character. All the willow panels are bookmatched. It stands 40” tall, base is 13”x13” and the top is 16.5”x16.5”. It is finished with polymerized tung oil.

Nice looking stand. I think this is the first time I have seen willo in a project.
