From Tommy Mac’s article in Fine Woodworking.

This project was made almost entirely with hand tools. Thickness planing, joinery, surface prep, all done by hand. Only initial cutting apart done with a table saw.

This was my first serious hand tool project, and it got me hooked!

Made from a single cherry board, joined so that the grain runs in the same direction.

This is a great project for hand tools. It hooked me also. Dovetails look nice and tight. Good Job!
