That’s a really great! first box. the maple & alder looks great together. I like how the maple flame points up the sides.

That was my first jewelry box, I’ve made a treasure chest type box for the grandkids for Xmas. The wife said it was to nice and kept it….. So I made a couple of smaller boxes for the kids…..and airplanes… The next project in a bread box with a roll top type lid…. Thanks for all the comments. The people here are very nice, and I enjoy looking at all the things that people do to bring out the beauty in a chunk of wood…..Montana Bob
