I had some ambrosia maple stock left over from a prior project that turned into this simple box. Ambrosia maple is a fascinating wood with quite a story to tell. Sometimes there can be beautiful pink coloration around the beetle tunnels.

Wow! That is some beautiful wood. You did it justice with this box. Not too much so the wood is the star. Very well done!

Very nice, I have some of that ambrosia. The walnut adds to the box allot. Wonderful job.
