This is the very first woodworking project I attacked and where my love for woodworking really started. I bought some plans on the internet for a single queen bed and modified it for a L shaped bunk bed. Now I’m thinking of refurbishing them cause the paint is coming out in some places and I’m also thinking of cuuting the legs of the tall bed and leavin to identical beds. It’s getting hard pull up my 8 year old girl to her bed every time she falls asleep elsewhere.

Very nice. I don’t see a safety rail for the upper bunk. Off for photos?
