This is a re-design of a set I did a while back. A bunch of changes have been made and I really like the way it turned out!

Pieces are completely hand carved from solid Walnut and Maple using bench chisels and small detail chisels. Kings are about 2” wide by 3” long by 7-8” tall. Pawns about 2” square by 2-3” tall Chessboard about 30” square by 2” tall.

Absolutely beautiful.

Thats a realy cool set. I used to play chess a lot (poorly) and have seen some realy nice sets but I thinks your set is the nicest one. Great concept & well executed!
