This is the very first cart I built for my shop; simple and easy carcass construction and solid like a tank. Made with 3/4 ply and sprayed with a couple coats of Sanding Sealer. Not pretty, but functions great!

I’ve been building a lot of items for my shop, mostly because I have not been confident enough to do something for “inside”....but I’ll get there!

Shop cabinetry is a good starting point, better make the mistakes on cheap plywood cases rather than expensive hardwoods.
BTW the dust collection exhaust on your DeWalt looks huge compared to that on my crappy planer o_o

Great job, ck out my flip cabinet for your planer and chop saw or what ever tools you want. You can do it no doubt! Keep it up!

That’s exactly what I’m doing: making shop projects to build skills and confidence! it works, too. Each project has looked better than the last one.

Cart looks solid and sturdy, great job.

Great! Gives me an idea for my planer. I did notice you clipped the square corners. Prevents a lot of bruises and bad words. Thanks for sharing.

I’m with you denappy! I am slowly working to the point I can make something worth keeping “in” the house as well. Great work, thanks for sharing.
