I painted this white, but I don’t have a picture of the finished product. I was originally going to put some beadboard at the back and make some doors for the top two shelves, but I decided to just leave the shelves open. If I built another one, I’d leave the back off.

Cool idea! That sure beats buying one at the store. I will have to remember this project. It looks good.

That was exactly why I built one! I couldn’t find one that wasn’t either flimsy or ridiculously expensive! I just made a box with 1×12’s and trimmed with 1×2’s. Easy peasy!
