Modular chest of drawers

This is my first real woodworking project after finishing a woodworking course last year.

It’s a modular chest of drawers. The cabinet itself and the drawers are made out of plywood, and all the rest is Cherry hardwood. Mitered drawer fronts and sides.

Finished with sprayed sealer & clear polyurthaine. No stain at all.

The idea is that this can work as either :

  • Stacked: Creating one tall chest of drawers.
  • Side by side.
  • Completely Separate

wow I totally love it. The mitered fronts are seriously cool and why didn’t i think of this when i did my wife’s dresser.Nice job
