Happy New Year fellow Lumberjocks.
Luckily I’ve been managing to keep in touch with some of you on Facebook but lately I’ve been so busy with so many things – carving, of course, painting and my latest venture – competitive inline speed skating and blogging about it to boot!
I just had a birthday and I was feeling old and stale so I had to do something!!!!
After selling all of my carvings before Christmas, I realized I’d never been in a position of having no inventory so I’m working day and night just in case a buyer happens to fall from the sky.
Buy, it’s cold here! I don’t mind the – 12 stuff but at -30, it’s difficult to keep even a heated garage warm! Surprisingly, very little snow.
Take care all of you!!!

Prosperous new year to you too! What a nice project you have to start the 2011. At first I was thinking it was a photograph… When you see the shadow of photography that make it real.. I like to fire it. I like to put some live bullets in it but I know that you do it half of the actual model (Is it? It looks that is 1:1). Thanks for posting. God bless and stay warm.

Back on the south (Larry (Degoose) experiencing water flood) and up there at your place North is -30 not so much snow. What is going? Global warming?

Beautiful once again Jordan…...... yes indeed, it surely does look real. Even the backside of the belt looks
like worn leather! It never ceases to amaze me at the fine detail of your carving! Another work of Art!

Jordan! you are my HERO! I so wish I lived close to you so we could skate together! Dreams of Bonnie Blair but the coordination of wiley coyote – tho in -30 you’d be on your own :D Be careful and keep those carvings coming! Maybe I’ll be able to afford you before you or I retire :)

Wow, another masterpiece. You can almost smell the gunpowder. Excellent job.

In line speed skating….wow…..that is quite alot to take on…..I bet it is excellent excercise.

Great to hear you are doing good… seems to be a colder winter all round….I seem to be burning more cut offs in my shed….I will prob run out before the cold is up…...I guess I need to do more in the shop.
