My daughter was looking for a new table for her entry hall. When she couldn’t find one the right size she asked me to make her one.
This table was made from #2 pine that I bought at bought at HD. The finish on the table is a black milk paint that comes in power form and you mix it your self. I sanded the surface of the paint to expose the grain and finished with 3 coats of Poly.

Mike that is a great looking table. I like the simple straight lines and the finish came out really nice. She should enjoy and treasure it for years.

That short taper on the legs is a nice detail. Good job.

Kinda kin to the Shaker end of the line, which I like. Smooth thin lines, no wasted wood and very practical. Outstanding in my book. Semper Fi
