What a cute little rustic shelf! Care to share the dimensions of the shelf?

They are both roughly 36” long. Used about a 12 inch log and ripped it with a chainsaw. Cut off about 3 inches
the whole length for wall mounting. 2- 6 inch lags on an angle in the wall. Makes a real easy mount. Logs are so un-true it can get a little touchy to get level… I lucked out! Sorry for the lack of detail.

There is no doubt you can do it with your talents. I would love to see you do one! I understand a bad back in this business makes it tough. I figured I could carve a bear with a chainsaw. I use chainsaws all the time, figured this will be cool. Bought the book…. It was pretty funny we laughed at the hack job I put on that poor bear. I tried another piece of wood. Hell I was cutting off legs and putting gouges where there wasn’t suppose to be any. Needless to say my carving days ended.
