Zoom Pictures

I found this plan in an old woodworking magazine that I had. It was set in “portrait” . I had this old picture of me and my family and I wanted to make one for all of us for Christmas. So I modified the plan to “landscape” using QSWO and they were so fun to make. The picture is 4×6. I used mortice and Tenon joinery as well as open mortices on the ends of the frame. The frame pivots on the 2 legs as well. Thats me when I was 8 standing next to my Dad!

Great frame. I have that plan also and need to make a couple. Turned out nice.

Nice job!
I’ve made some frames off that plan, never thought of making them landscape.
