Thie project was built for my livingroom. I wanted a fireplace, But the wall was 16’, so this was my design. I modeled it after a century home my company remodeled. Red Oak and plywood is the base of the project. It was made in five sections for ease of install. The corner cabinets have bi-fold style doors with mirror backs. The bookcase cabenits are just that. The fireplace mantel was the easy one just made to house the fireplace insert. red oak finish with urthane finish. Currently I’m tring to design a cabenit to house the TV and components that will remotely open for use.

Very Nice. I just made a mantel for a friend that wanted it to look like a solid Oak Beam. Glad he didn’t see yours, I’d still be working on it… probably for the next couple of months.
Beautiful Paint job, too, I might add.

Nice looking. Very well planned out for display and storage, very proportionate IMO. I like the detail moulding, just enough, and not overdone. Fits the room well and the portholes add to the design. Doing it in sections was good planning.

People must say, WOW, when they first see this room. It is so clean looking and the design is beautiful. I love how the display cabinets jet out while the CD cabinet doesn’t, really brings attention to the display cabinets even more than if they were displayed as a stand alone.
Some day I hope to own a flat screen like that.
