Santa was a little late with these but he managed to finish them up. I made these for my wife for the island in our kitchen. We have bar stools now and she says they obscure the view in the kitchen. I found plans for building this in Finewoodworking.com. I modified the plans so I test my Festool Domino. Overall I’m impressed with how quickly you can put something like together using the Domino. The project was also a great way to test different finishing products.

My wife is quite happy with them. And you know what they say – “Happy wife. Happy life….”

Enjoy!

Tim

I have a longer description of how I made them on my website. craftedbytim.com

Great job, you are correct. When our wives are Happy Life is so much easier.

Really nice. I’ll check your website for details. I’m interested in how you finished them.
