Another box, this one for my second grandaughter’s 1st birthday.

Figured maple, cherry, and bubinga, tung oil finish with a coat of paste wax.

The butterfly was carved with a dremel with flex shaft.

Elegant, impressive without being “in your face”, and a very steady hand on the Dremel. My compliments and congratulations. A lovely balance of elements.
