I made this jewelry box from the wood magazine plans, using cherry and maple the cherry for the sides is from my parents back yard. the corgi is blue mahoe and maple inlaid into the same cherry as the drawer fronts. this was the trophy for best junior showmanship at the corgi nationals. the last picture is my son giving the box to another junior handler, my son had just won it, and ask the judge who she thought would also deserve it, since I could make another with his dog on the top.
