A nightstand made using red mahogney. Added a hidden drawer (or at least a little less obivous) for valuables. I also used pocket screw joinery for the first time. It was so easy it felt like cheating.

This nightstand turned out nice.

Your nightstand turned out great. I like the idea of the hidden drawer. Maybe put a hidden lock or barrel bolt underneath to make it seem not to open for the unknowing.

I like the unique profile of the top. The stand has an antique look which is real cool. Love that hidden drawer idea. I don’t think people would know it’s a drawer unless you pointed it out.
