I just finished making my wall cabinet for my sandpaper. I designed this myself for my needs. It holds 6 different belt grits, 10 different sheets of sandpaper, my sandpaper rolls, 3 sanding pads, painter’s tape, and 2 sanding blocks. I also wanted to add a door because dust always seems like it gets everywhere. It’s the first time I’ve used this type of door and it worked great for this project. So far I don’t think I’d change anything except make the hole in the door smaller. It’s 27-3/4” long, 16-5/8” tall, and 13-5/8” deep. Since I check this web site before designing my projects to get some ideas, I thought this time I’d post mine to give other’s ideas.
If you want to make this cabinet, or look at other projects I’ve made; I provided all the dimensions and explanations on my website. WoodWorkersWebsite.com. (I don’t have any ads or do any type of selling on this website).
Thanks
Angela

I had planned to make a box with a few shelves but now I’m gonna rethink and maybe go big, and get all my sanding stuff into one cabinet. Great functionality.

I need to make one of these very badly. Thank you for your willingness to share. It is a great design and very functional. Now I just need to get in the shop and make something.

I like your design. I have need of one of these for my own shop. If you don’t mind, I may borrow an idea or two from yours.
Thanks for posting.

Great build. I’m looking to build one soon and may incorporate a few of your features here if you don’t mind. Thanks for sharing.
