This is a quilt hanger I built for my Father’s wife. The material is quartersawn white oak that was stained to the “honey” color you see and finished off with three coats of varnish . The only unique thing about the hanger is that the front “squares” on the ends are removable so that the quilt can be changed easier. The “squares” are held in place with brass pins. Enjoy!

do you have a plan for this? My mother does a number of quilts per year and my father and I are both woodworkers that may be interested in making something such as you did.
