The back boards were salvages from shipping crates, the mirror is 1/8” plastic, should have gone with 1/4” or glass maybe, but the slight curve in the back makes you look slimmer, a big bonus for the wife, she really likes that! Under the seat is storage for shoes and there are removable boards so you can clean under it if the shoes drop a bit of dirt, on top a shelf for hats or gloves, a couple of nobs for scarves. Stained “early American” and finished with clear shellac and wax.
