This is a rustic Coffee table that I made for a client out of a 2.5 inch solid maple plank. The plank was salvaged from an old hip barn that was being torn down. The legs are white oak that was salvaged out of the same barn. I used dowels to connect the legs. And just a poly finish to protect it. My Client was very happy with it. The wood had a very nice color to it that you can’t find in new wood. Thanks for looking.

Yes… SIMPLICITY is the key word here. Although I’m stepping into the land off ARTISTIC and ELEGANT,I have spent 20 years getting here and most of my past projects have been simple, but my family and friends have loved whatever I’ve made. Checking your projects page… this is a theme of yours. Your work is simple, unique and elegant. Thanks for posting!
