No I’m not addicted…...well I hope not any way. But really this is not a grease box. Its for my son. He liked the ones I made for my grease and asked if I’d make him one to put bb’s or pellets in. So I waited a couple days to start this one. He kept asking me when I was going to make his, and I told him I would as soon as I finished this one for me. Imagine his surprise when I handed it to him and told him it was his LOL. He collects old coins so I thought that it would be cool to add one into his box. Had planed on just sinking it into the top or side. Then I thought it would be cool to make it the key. I did get a little to happy with my new disk sander and nicked the buffalo nickle but it was wore down already. He didn’t seem to mind either so it’s all good! Made from walnut. He liked it how it was so no finish.

Thanks Napoleon! I actually cleaned the drill up. Wish I would have taken some picks of it before I refurbished it. It was in pretty bad shape. I took it apart and cleaned and greased everything but the handle, I just cleaned it really good. I then painted the wheel, which is why it looks so good.

Nice box. Great gift for your son. I have a drill just like your’s that I bring out quite regularly to use. If you’re not already a member of the GBOC you surely are now.

Fun. Brought back memories of my first workbench. My dad made it “for a coworker’s son” ;-).
