Summary it takes me couple hours. I started to make it on september but a long time it lies in garage not finished.

I can only guess… Scroll Saw?
The reason I ask, is because I made a short piece of wooden chain many years ago… It took me 8-10 hours to make a section only a foot long!! But all I had was a coping saw at the time…
