Here are the three wine cork displays from the Wine Cork Display Tutorials. All three of these went to coworkers and they are the last set I’m making until after Christmas. I believe I’ve made around twenty of these in the last three months. Time to make something else…

All three are made from redwood with walnut miter keys. The larger two are 12” x 12” x 3”, and the smaller is 10” x 10” x 2.5”. The finish was BLO followed by several coats of Formby’s Tung Oil and a couple coats of wax.

For some reason, one of the backs did not fit as snug as I remembered. To fix it I added two brass turn buttons from Rockler. I think I may start doing this for all my wine cork displays.

If you’re interested in seeing how these are made, take a look at tutorials I posted on my blog.

Comments and feedback are always welcome. Thanks for looking.

That is a really cool project. You did a fantastic job on these. Everyone knows a wine lover or two. Is that glass or plastic on the front?
