This my first bowl, its 5 1/2 inches in dia. and 2 1/2 inches tall it is made from Myrtlewood. So please tell me what you think.

That is one pretty bowl. all I need now is a spoon, milk and some good cereal.

The first picture makes it seem that it has a wider brim than the second picture. Is this the same bowl?

My first bowl had a hole in the bottom, so you are looking pretty good!The only improvement I might suggest would be to put a little more sanding into the outside to clean up the endgrain. nice shape and finish though!

Thanks for the kind words. The finish is EEE ultra shine and Mylands friction polish.
