I made this board for a friend’s parents as a housewarming gift. I used a 20” x 20” piece of 3/4” oak plywood, with 2” x 2” pieces of 1/4” and a 2” border with commercial trim. The ceramic pieces were purchased on ebay. Looking forward to turning pieces for my own board someday.

Nice board..mitres look tight and the over all effect of the trim is to make it look hand crafted.
