Upon request, a Comments Box for the Restaurant…
I finished this a week ago today with the final steps, attaching the hasp…
I simply hand-placed it, and glued the “Anchor” on…Hasps' Anchors glued in place...
After the glue was dry, I pinned it in…...and then pinned.
Then repeated with the loop end… Because of the thinness, I “Toe Pegged” these…Same procedure for Loop
Then some final sanding and it was off to the finishing department for the next few days…Ready for finishingFinally finished finishing!!!
Earlier today I brought it to work, where it was very well-received!!!
I’ll probably learn to hate the thing, what with all the complaints I’ll be getting…
Like the box says, comments are welcome… :)

As with all your work Mike, an awesome job. Another stellar performance. If I could submit a comment it would be Bravo! Encore!

I tried making comments and suggestions at work a few times… was told that my ideas would not work and then a few weeks later the “Boss” came up with the same idea and implemented it… I don’t give them any ideas anymore…
But I do like your box… very swish…

The hasp is adorable and the box is outstanding.

What did you do? Carry the box to several rooms to take pictures?

I like the one on the stove. Is this for the “hot” ideas?

Thanks, My Friends…
Don: That’s exactly what I did!! The day that it was finished was raining… and I took pictures all over, trying to get decent ones…
But the next day was as sunny as can be. I should have been a little more patient, and just waited a day…

That suggestion box looks great. The only thing you need for it now is one of the wooden locks I saw posted on here a few days ago!

That looks great. Nice touch angling the pegs on the anchor for added security.
