Here’s few scroll saw plaques I’ve recently made from Olive Ash & Oak.
One inch thick solid kiln dried timber.

Great work.

Only scrollsawers know how difficult it is to get decent cuts on that thick of material; especially a hard to cut anyway species like ash!

Thats very true.. But Swiss Pegas Blades and wind the speed down plus I find 3 esspreso Coffees and a Bacon Sandwich helps me concentrate .

I perhaps should have mentioned the dimenssions of the NEWMANS BAR OFFICE AND POOL was
9 inch tall 16 inch across and one inch thick.
Finished with Tung Oil then Lemon Oil and finally Beeswax.
