Teacher's Pen - Curly Maple Center with Acrylic Red Vermillon and Acrylic Blue Persian

I spent yesterday working with my Grandson to create a Christmas present for his teacher… a Teacher’s pen. He prepared the blank, drilled, turned, and finished the pen (with a little guidance along the way). The pen has a curly maple center and an acrylic red Vermillon (Woodcraft) end where the red twist pen is and an acrylic blue Persian (Woodcraft) end where the blue twist pen is. He enjoyed making it and wants to give to his teacher now instead of waiting for Christmas to get closer.
