I saw this design online and wanted to have a go at making my own. A very experimental project for me really. I just used remnants of previous projects and the wood selection would not have been my first choice. I gifted the board to my cousin as I rarely sell my work.

Cool pattern and well-done. I would say your experiment was a big success! Do you have a reference to that pattern? I’d like to do an experiment too.

Man that is a awesome design. That would also make a good end table or night stand top.

Very nicely done I’m sure your cousin was shocked. The wood selection looks fine to me and the placement in the grain looks great

Thanks for the link to MTM’s video. Looks like you have to budget a bunch of time for glue-ups.
