Hi fellows,

here I proudly present my second project in my workshop. I had to build a cabinet to store my BOSCH L-Boxxes in tidiness. It had to be the same design as my workbench, so enough wood was bought again and then it could begin.

This time, I used 74×74 mm construction wood because here the load is not as big as at the workbench. The doors are out of beech laminated wood plates in 18 mm thickness. The handles are out of 1/2” fittings with beech spars 16 mm diameter again. The side walls are out of OSB-plates in 18 mm thickness. The back wall is a 3 mm MDF-plate. The concealed hinges are with soft close from Hettich

The dimensions of the cabinet are: height – 1830 mm, width – 1350 mm, depth – 450 mm

And here a few photos of the construction period…...

Please convert that to feet and inches. :)

Looks great. Should serve you nicely.
Not typically known for its beauty, I really do like the way the OSB board goes with the beech laminated wood.
Well done.
