I made the cube by cutting for sides of 3/4 inches thick and 4 corners at 1 1/4 inches. The inside curve was made by routing with a bullnose bit.I didnt have access to a big cutter to make a big enough radius so i then passed it on another profiling bit to increase the radius.I joined the pieces with pocket holes .and then I made the outer curve by making a 45degree cut and then sanding with an orbital sander after joining.

The project is yet to be completed.i will post the finished project soon. I thank you all very much for this forum and for your love of sharing ideas.

Good job! Was it hard holding the wood up against the router table?

Next one do the corners like this: (forget the pocket holes)
