This tea box-salt/pepper caddy combo were cut from the same block using the band saw exclusively. After building the box I thought it would look better with legs so I added these. The S/P caddy was my first, but it started me thinking of other designs for this useful object. When I have photos of these subsequent caddies, I will post them. The primary wood used in these projects is spalted maple with walnut highlights.

Very cool and I really like the use of the blank left over, makes a great salt/pepper caddy! The feet on the box look great too.
