Just one more box after this one and the Chrismas boxes will be done.

This one is cherry and tiger maple, the pictures don’t do the chery justice as it is beautiful.

Please let me know what you think, good or bad.

wow you did a beautiful job and you are right the wood is super beautiful….my only change comment on this would be i think the front handle should have been wider…i think its possibly a little blocky..but besides that a wonderful job…grizzman

You know I have been looking at the handles and trying to figure out what needs to be changed. Your right they are a little blocky and need to be wider and more rounded.

hi that is one very nice box great job love the lid nice design is the design burned into the wood
was asked to make a box on the lath and burn the persons name and family crest
never did burning before so not sure if i should take on the job or not is the burner expensive

The design is routed in the lid with my home made CNC router.

I built my machine with plans from the website www.cnc.com

Lots of information and fee plans and a great bunch of people.
