Excelent stuff. So… I am curious… what type of finish did you use on this box?

Holy….thanks everybody! This box recieved a blend of Tung and Varnish (about 8 coats IIRC) rubbed out then waxed.

Not the easiest finish in the world, but it sure is pretty.

More exceptional work. Wow. Thanks for sharing this stuff with us Ryan. And again, terrific attention to detail on the inside.

We all know that this box is the way it is because of the design. And the most diffcult part is the design. The fun part is making it happen the way you invisioned it and designed it. Designs like this can not be put down on paper so it is all in you head waiting to come out. You had all you ducks in a row on this one. Thanks for sharing. Great workmanship.
