I just finished this scrollsaw cat project made from a pattern by Alexandre Fox from the Ukraine. 330 cuts out of Baltic Birch plywood finished with natural Danish oil, mounted on a 3/4 Poplar board stained dark.

Very well cut. Those whiskers and eye brow hairs must have got a little scary to cut!

Wow…......I’m a beginner scroll sawyer and I struggle with the simplest of patterns so this just blows my mind.
Well done!

Great cutting. I must have missed this one from Alex. I have cut all his bowls and a couple of the pictures. Cutting I don’t mind, but hate drilling all the holes

Thank you. I used to have more of an issue with drilling all of the holes, but I bought a “Baby Drill Press” from Grizzly and it’s simplicity, accuracy, and versatility has made it one of my favorite recent additions to my shop. I actually predrill all of the holes on most of my scrollsaw projects.
