I made this for my youngest grandaughter. The top of the box is Blackheart Sassafras, the body is from King Billy Pine and the trays are made from Huon Pine. The rosette is from the same Blackheart Sassafras. Ruddy -- And my head I'd be a scratchin'

Great piece Ruddy. Clean lines, a beautiful piece of wood on top… and I like the trays a lot.

That is one nice looking box. Would like to know more about the wood. Never heard of “blackheart” sassafras, or “King Billy” pine.
