Seriously on the tutorial tip. I want to learn the banjo, but don’t want to fork out the cash for a decent Deering until I know if I like it.

I’m throwing my request for a tutorial into the hat. Very cool. I didn’t even know such a thing existed. I’m assuming this is something others have done before since you said “first try”.

I have a good old banjo with no idea how to play it. I know it is at least from the 50’s and was one of my great uncles. I think I would like to try and make one of these guys as well. So, here is another, Yea for the tutorial.

you post the tutorial and I am going to give it a try—what a great present for my daughter, the music teacher!
