Got the Reading Hopper car up and running.
Just a quick fun build to go along with the Reading train.
I still need to build the tracks but already have the rails done so the hard parts already finished, just need to find a board long enough for all the cars and room for one or two more me thinks.

Tony and I traded out some plans and so will be building the Bob Cat using the Toys and Joys plans, and we’ll see how close I got to it when I built a scratch build of one awhile back.

Now the must have been a speed build Bruce; never the less; it’s still well and truly up to the mark of first class all the way down the tracks.

Very nice “hopper car”.
Your build is excellent.

I have been up close and personal with too many of the real ones. Our coal came in them when I operated boiler.
At -35F and down with a 35-40 MPH wind in the tunnel between the buildings; they were FUN!
